Drink Pink!

This month we wanted to do a little homage to the Pale Rosés. They started being disparaged by the experts, but little by little they have been embraced and now they are considered a delicacy. That’s why our Exports Team has done a very deep research and wants to show you our newest acquisitions.

Clean and brilliant marble pink colour. Very aromatic nose with hits of berries, strawberry, candy sticks and rose petals. Fresh on the palate with good structure and a pleasant long fruity aftertaste. Serving temperature 6°C – 8°C. Ideal to pair with light dishes, cheese, sardines, large mussels and white tuna.

Very pale pink with onion skin reflections, bright, clean, clear, very private. Elegant aroma, complex and cool features notes varietals, red fruit, strawberry, cherry with jasmine, mint and balsamic. Light in mouth, but very fresh, complex and persistent, round and pleasant. Eat as appropriate for snack and accompanying dishes like fish, rice, pasta, cheese, a few temperature 8º, wine sophisticated, dynamic looking for a public the different.

Vibrant pale pink with touches of lychee and peach. The nose has great finesse. The notes of pink grapefruit and strawberries provoke a feeling of freshness. The palate is balanced, long and its pleasant finish expresses the flavour of wild strawberry.
